熟鸡蛋去壳机设计
摘要鸡蛋是人们日常生活重要的营养食品,而食用熟鸡蛋则是人们经常的生活习惯,故熟鸡蛋去壳机是非常具有很好的前景的。该机器是针对熟鸡蛋经冷水处理后的去壳机器的设计。该机器的设计首先是通过分析鸡蛋结构的组成和各部分的特点得出熟鸡蛋去壳的关键在于冷水处理后,通过某种方式克服鸡蛋内膜与卵白的耦合力从而达到使熟鸡蛋去壳的原理。然后分析对比市面上已存在的同类型的机械,得出气流式冲击去壳和振动去壳两种方法可以克服此种耦合力。对比两种方法和设计目的,采用了振动去壳的方式。整个机器的工作过程中的是通过振动筛实现振动碎壳和振动及碾压去壳两大工作步骤。振动部分是参照现有的振动筛的原理,加以改进,使之适用本机器的使用。

The design of Hard-boiled egg peeling machine
Abstract
Egg is the import nutriment in our daily life and it is usual life custom. So the hard-boiled egg peeling machine is very prospective . This machine is aimed at the hard-boiled egg which is deal with cooled first step is conclude that the key of peeling hard-boiled egg is e the coupling force between albumen and yolk ,by analyzing position of the egg and the characteristics of the various parts of cooked then I know two way which is draw air-shock and vibration, extrusion, by analyzing the existing machine. At last I use the latter way. The course of the machine include breaking egg shell and rolling the egg shell by vibration of the existing vibration shaker reference to the principle, be improved make
it applicable to the use of the machine.
