[摘要]自从进入21世纪以来,世界汽车进入稳步提升阶段。其中美国、欧盟、日本3个传统汽车制造中心的发展较为平稳,而以“金砖四国”(巴西、俄罗斯、印度、中国)为代表的新兴汽车市场却发展迅猛。但是受全球金融危机影响,美国、日本汽车制造业在2009年产量大幅下降,而中国汽车产业在政策引导下,产销量居世界第一。21世纪以来,世界汽车产量基本呈稳步上升趋势。然而,受全球性的金融危机影响,世界汽车工业正面临着严峻的考验,从北美的汽车巨头通用、福特、克莱斯勒走向破产的边缘,到亚洲汽车业老大丰田汽车出现71年来的首次亏损,全球汽车行业正面临着前所未有的剧烈震荡。在这种严峻地情况下一个品牌的成功与否只有靠着先进的经营管理理念,本文就针对长安马自达的经营管理做了深入的研究,希望以以小见大方法,理性的对待当今汽车行业所面临的危机,以便为中国汽车行业的发展寻求更好的解决办法。

Abstract: :Since entering since twenty-first Century, the world automobile into steady phase of ascension. The development of the United States, European Union, Japan, the 3 traditional automobile manufacturing center is relatively stable, while the BRICs (Brazil, Russia, India, China) as the representative of the new car market is developing fast. However, affected by the global financial crisis, the United States and Japan automobile manufacturing output fell sharply in 2009, China's auto industry policy under the guidance of the production and sales volume ranking first in the world. Since twenty-first Century, the world automobile production increased steadily.
