摘要
施工图预算是根据施工图,按照各专业工程的预算工程量计算规则统计计算出工程量,并考虑实施施工图的施工组织设计确定的施工方案或方法,按照现行预算定额、工程建设费用定额、材料预算价格和建设主管部门规定的费用计算程序及其他取费规定等,确定的单位工程、单项工程及建设项目建筑安装工程造价的技术和经济文件。
本设计所选“唐山市容和景苑7#住宅楼”工程位于唐山市市区,,建筑层数±,地下两层。,结构形式为抗震剪力墙结构。本设计是根据唐山市容和景苑7#住宅楼施工图纸,并以2008年《辽宁省消耗量定额工程量计算规则汇编》、《2008年全国统一建筑工程基础定额河北省消耗量定额》和《2008年全国统一建筑装饰装修工程消耗量定额河北省消耗量定额》为算量及计价依据,按照施工图预算的编制程序,遵循工程量计算规则,手算工程量并根据计算数据,。

Abstract
Construction budget is the technical and economic document. It is based on workings drawings, according to the work amount calculation rules of the budget of the professional engineering to work out the quantities statistically and take into account the construction plan or method determined by the anization design of the implementation of building drawings. the technical and economic document is in accordance with the current quota of budget, engineering construction fees quota, material budget price, and accounting routine and other costs required by petent authorities, etc, to determine the unit works, individual works and construction projects in construction and installation cost.
The selected project in this design is”the Tangshan Ronghejingyuan 7th Housing Building”, which located in the downtown in Tangshan. The total construction area of it is m2. There are 10 floors over ± construction elevation, 2 floor under the ± construction elevation .The building height of it is m with the shear wall structure form. In this design, it has taken the working drawings of the Tangshan Ronghejingyuan 7th Housing Building and the2008 "Hebei Province Consumption Fixed putation Rule", 2008 "National Unification Architectural Engineering Foundation Fixed Quantity Hebei Province Consumption Fixed Quantity
