摘要

通信行业作为国民经济支柱性先导行业,对国民经济发展和社会信息化进步
具有强大的支撑作用。通信终端和安防终端是通信行业最重要的基础性终端产
品,此类产品的普及、发展和技术进步,不仅丰富了人们的生活,而且强力促进
了经济的发展。因此,研究从事这两个终端产品的企业,研究其经营战略,就成
为一个重要的课题。
论文运用案例分析的方法,结合 A 公司所处通信行业中最基础的通信终端与
安防终端的经营特点,回顾总结了A 公司由创建期、发展期的成功和步入稳定期
所遇到的困难,剖析了A 公司的发展历程和经营战略。论文借助SWOT 分析工具,
对 A 公司外部环境的机会和威胁、内部条件的优势和劣势进行了分析。在此基础
上,论文提出了 A 公司应该运用的经营战略。论文认为,A 公司应该坚持人才强
企的战略,着重培养和选拔卓越技术工程师、卓越营销工程师、卓越经营管理师;
必须持续进行产品创新,重点强调基于消费者需求、国家战略、技术进步的产品
创新;实施成本领先战略,通过多种途径降低成本;实施品牌战略,同时提高企
业品牌、产品品牌和服务品牌的美誉度;强化营销战略,更新营销观念,完善营
销组织体系,不断探索新的营销策略。论文提出,在战略实施过程中要进行组织
结构调整、人力资源保证、全面预算管理、成本控制等,以保证 A 公司经营战略
的成功。
论文通过对 A 公司经营战略的研究,不但使 A 公司找到了一条适合未来发展
的正确道路,而且其通过不断的调整企业战略、保证正确的经营战略的有效实施
来谋求发展的思路也为其他公司提供了有益的借鉴。

Abstract

Being the leading and pillar industry in the National Economy, Communications
industry has played an important part in supporting the national economy
development and social information progress. Communications terminals and security
terminals are the most important basic terminal products munications industry.
The popularity and development of such products and technological progress, not
only enrich people's life, but also strongly promoting economics’ development.
Therefore, research on panies which are engaged in such products and their
growth strategy has e an important issue.
Combined with the growth trait munication terminals and security terminals,
the most basic products in munication industry pany A belongs,
taking use of case analysis method, this paper summarizes the pany A
encountered from the creation period, development period to the stable period of
ess, and analyzes the develop process and growth strategy pany A. With
the help of SWOT analysis tool, the thesis makes the analyses on the external
