中文摘要:该住宅楼为深圳地区某现浇钢筋砼框架结构。该多层住宅楼共六层,总建筑高度为
。该建设地区抗震设防烈度为 7 度,基本风压为 ,建筑场地为Ⅲ类。
在曹老师的指导下,本人先了解原始资料,重温以前学过的相关专业知识,然后,根据建筑的
使用功能、使用荷载、自然条件及施工技术条件,独立按步骤进行建筑施工图绘制和结构设计计
算,先后完成了如下工作:(1)建筑设计(2)构件截面估算(3)楼(屋)面结构设计(4)框架
-剪力墙结构设计(5)基础结构设计(6)楼梯设计等。
由于时间、能力有限,而且免于篇幅累赘,计算书中只列出了一些典型构件的设计计算过程,
其余计算过程忽略,其余计算结果见施工图部分。尽管我在此设计上面花了不少精力,但肯定还
会有诸多不足之处,恳请批评指正。

abstract
The main structure of the residential building has been designed as an in-situ reinforced
concrete frame。There are six floors of the building, and the total height of it is . The
requirement for fortification against earthquake in the area is 7 seismic intensity, with a
wind reference pressure and Ⅲ building ground sort.
With the guide of Mr. Cao, firstly, I studied the source material and reviewed the interrelated
knowledge which I have learned. Then, I did the architecture and structure design according to
the requirement of function and the technology conditions. The main work that I have done are
as follows:
Architecture design, estimating the section of pole and beam, floor design, internal force and
displacement analyzing, foundation design, stairs design.

Because of limited time and ability, there are only some typical parts of the structure were
showed in the paper, the others can be found on the drawing papers. I have spent a lot of time
on the design, however, there are still some mistakes in it. Please point them out.
