郑州轻工业学院认识实习报告姓名:院(系):电气信息工程学院专业班级:电气工程及其自动化2009级2班学号:540901020230指导教师:冯巧玲张文忠杨小亮江豪主要实习单位:河南森源集团河南思达高科成绩:时间:2011年5月23日至2011年5月27日目录电力安全素质培养及参观学校变电站·····················1第二章企业技术人员讲座·················································5第三章参观河南森源集团有限公司···································5第一节森源集团简介·······················································5第二节森源文化··························································7·第三节森源人才理念····················································7第四节主要产品····························································8第五节典型产品介绍······················································9·第六节参观体会····························································11第四章参观河南思达高科技股份有限公司···························11第一节思达简介·····························································11第二节企业理念·····························································12第三节主要产品·····························································12第四节典型产品介绍·······················································13·第五节参观体会·····························································16·第五章尾声·····································································16第一节对实习教学工作的建议与意见·································16·第二节在本次实习中的收获与体会····································17·第三节鸣谢实习单位及指导老师·······································17绪论认识实习是电气工程及其自动化专业本科生的必修专业实践环节,也是培养学生对本专业感性认识的一个重要组成部分。此次实习虽然短暂,但却使我们受益匪浅。在这短短的一周里,我们经历了“电力安全素质及实习要求的培训,企业技术人员讲座,参观企业”三个教学环节。通过实习,使我们初步了解了有关工程及业务知识与电力安全工作规程,增强了我们对相关工作岗位认识和电力生产安全意识;对电力系统运行和电气产品生产的工艺和主要设备,获得一定的感性认识;能将课堂中所学的知识与实践中看到的联系起来,进而对自己所学的专业有更深的了解;初步形成工程、经济、市场、管理等意识,为以后的专业学习和走上工作岗位打下基础。本文将就具体参观情况,针对个人认识、企业概况、企业文化、企业产品、设备及主要工艺、感悟及收获具体展开。电力安全素质培养及参观学校变电站实习第一天,首先由张文忠老师给我们讲了实习意义、要求、安排,接着又对我们进行了电力安全素质的培养,然后又对我们第二天要参观的森源电气进行了简要的介绍。之后由冯巧玲老师给我们介绍了轻院变电所的过去、发展及现状,并详细给我们讲了变电所的配网、主接线和运行情况。接下来就是在老师的带领下参观轻院变电所。在这一天的实习中,我们建立起对此次认识实习的整体认识,对接下来几天的实习进行合理安排,也初步认识到理论与实际的差距。关于电力安全我们主要学习了什么是电力安全?什么叫触电?它对人体有什么危害? 常见的触电事故是怎样发生的?为什么说高低压触电都是危险的?触电者所受伤害程度的因素有哪些?人体允许的电流有多大? 人体电阻有多大? 什么是安全电压标准?发生触电后应采取什么措施?如
