炳灵水电站的设计
摘要
炳灵水电站是黄河龙羊峡至青铜峡段水电开发规划中的第13个梯级水电站。电站总装机容量24万千瓦,,。
本次毕业设计通过查阅贯流式水轮机相关资料,首先对炳灵水电站转轮型号为GZHK-1RT-WP-620的贯流式水轮机进行设计,包括水轮机总体结构的设计,并对其中的主要零件进行设计优化。绘制出了总装配图,导水机构装配图,主轴零件图,操作油管装配图和导叶臂零件图。其次进行了电气一次部分的设计,设计选择了电气主接线形式,进行短路电流计算和电气主设备选择,绘制出电气主接线图。
本设计相关知识涉及水轮机结构、水电厂电气部分,机械制图以及贯流式水轮发电机组等部分,此外,还包括其相关的设计思路及方法。在本次设计中还大量使用了auto CAD 软件进行绘图。

The Design of Bingling Hydraulic Power Station
ABSTRACT
Bingling Hydropower is the 13 cascade hydropower stations of Longyangxia to Qingtongxia section of Yellow River Hydropower Development planning .In The total installed capacity of 240,000 kilowatts power plant, the installation of five 48,000 kilowatts bulb turbine group, with an annual generating capacity of 974 million kw·h.
Firstly, we design the tubular turbine GZHK-1RT-WP-620 of Bingling Hydropower through access to relevant information, including the overall structure of the turbine design, and one of the main parts design optimization. Drawn out of the general assembly drawings, assembly drawings guide apparatus, the spindle parts diagram, assembly drawing and tubing operations guide vane arm parts diagram. Second was a part of the electrical design, design options the main electrical wiring, to conduct short-circuit current calculation and the main electrical equipment selection, drawing out the main electrical wiring diagram.
Knowledge related to the design of the turbine structure, hydropower electrical parts, mechanical drawing, and tubular hydro-generating sets and other parts, also including relevant design ideas and methods. In this design also makes extensive use of auto CAD software for drawing.
