摘要
过程装备是现代过程工业生产中的基础和平台,这些装备的可靠是现代化工快速发展和稳定运行的基石。尤其是随着过程装备的大型化,平台化,数字化,智能化的发展,大大提高了生产效率。
然而,过程装备的制造要求却越来越高,需要承受更为苛刻的生产条件,例如高温,高压,甚至超高压;耗能也越来越大,公用工程也占据着越来越大的比重,致使投资和运营成本大幅提升。所以过程装备的节能是一个重要的问题,也具有很大的利益。
因此,“装备优化设计”的目的就是利用现代的仿真软件(如aspen,proII等),本文用的是aspen “催化重整过程”进行化工过程相关计算,并作出优化设计,使过程的耗能最小,获得最大经济效益。
本文中,通过计算和优化,获得公用工程用量为:48530000KJ/h,热物流的夹点温度为:87℃,冷物流的为:67℃;优化后的换热面积为:4427m2。
可见,通过夹点技术的运用和aspen plus的仿真模拟,能够大大节省模拟和优化成本,并获得最大的经济效益。可以说,过程工业依托有力的模拟仿真将是一个发展趋势。

Abstract
Process equipment is the foundation and platform of modern industrial production. Especially with the development of large-scale equipment, and digital and intelligent devices, greatly improves the production efficiency.
However, the manufacturing process and equipment requirements are getting higher and higher, and need to bear more demanding production conditions, such as high temperature, high pressure, and even ultra high pressure; energy consumption is also growing, utilities also occupy an increasingly large proportion, resulting in investment and operating costs increase.
So energy saving is an important point, it has great benefit. "The design of optimization of process equipment " is the purpose of the use of modern simulation software (such as Aspen, pro ii etc.)。This paper is used in chemical process calculation of Aspen on "Catalytic reforming process ", and makes the optimization design, the process of the minimum energy consumption, obtain the biggest economic benefits.
Through calculation and optimization, the utilities consumption is: 48530000KJ/h, thermal logistics pinch point temperature: 87℃, cold Logistics: 67℃; heat transfer area as the optimized: 4427m2.
