心率变异性与心血管疾病的研究进展
【摘要】心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)主要反映中枢通过自主神经系统对心脏节律的调节[1]。可用于评价自主神经系统兴奋性的非侵入性指标。在紧张(情绪或身体)情况下降低,在休息时增加[2]。在健康人,交感和副交感系统之间的相互作用产生了心率变化的不规则性。HRV对高血压、冠心病、慢性肺源性心脏病、心律失常、慢性充血性心力衰竭等多种心血管疾病的病因机制、治疗疗效评价及预后判断有重要价值。现本文就其心率变异性与心血管疾病关系的研究进展进行综述。

[Abstract] Heart rate variability (HRV) mainly reflects the regulation on cardiac rhythm by central nervous system through theautonomic nervous system [1] , which can be used as a non-invasive indicator to evaluate the excitability of autonomic nervous system. In the case of nervousness (emotional or physical), this indicator reduces, while increases in the rest [2]. In healthy people, the irregularity of heart rate change is produced by the interaction between sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. HRV has an important value in the evaluation of etiological mechanism and curative effect, and the judgement of prognosis on hypertension, coronary heart disease, chronic pulmonary heart disease, arrhythmia, congestive heart fai
lure and other cardiovascular diseases. This article reviews the recent research advance of the relationship between HRV and cardiovascular diseases.
