枣矿集团综机设备管理优化地研究.pdf

摘要
,综合机械化采掘设备的管理对于煤炭生产企业起着十分重要的作用。枣矿集
团在九十年代初对综机设备便采用了集中采购、统一租赁的方式,但也存在着偏重
于设备技术和实物管理,管理缺乏系统化。随着煤炭企业对科学化和精细化管理的
追求,建设系统完善的设备管理体系就成为企业必然的课题。
本文结合作者多年煤炭企业综机设备工作经验,在调查研究的基础上,运用理
论研究和案例研究的方法,对当前国内外设备管理理论和研究进行了论述。从设备
管理模式、全寿命周期理论下的设备管理和设备管理信息化着手,对枣矿集团综机
管理发展历史和现状进行了梳理和总结。通过调查研究和系统分析指出了枣矿集团
在设备采购、租赁管理、配件管理和信息化建设四个关键环节方面存在的问题。提
出了建立综机设备选择评价指标体系,运用科学的指标体系进行设备采购,并通过
与供应商建立战略合作关系实现设备采购的效益最大化;从租赁项目团队组建、项
目控制要素、项目考核和激励机制四个方面入手,采用项目管理的方式实现租赁管
理的升级优化。基于 ABC 分类法进行配件分类和库存控制,并通过建立二级供应
站的方式提高配件管理效率;构建综机设备全生命周期系统,实现综机设备管理高
效、全面的信息化,有针对性地解决枣矿集团综机管理当前存在的问题。
本文通过对枣矿集团的综机管理的设备选择、租赁管理和信息化进行优化研
究,对枣矿集团的综机管理的改进带来明确的、可操作的思路,对于同类型的煤炭
企业,在综机管理诸多方面亦可产生一定的借鉴意义。
