摘要
现代物流业的发展催生了物流园区的出现,作为物流系统的重要节点之一,物流园区在
促进物流业发展的社会化、集约化、专业化方面发挥着日益重要的作用。我国逐渐认识到其
所带来的社会效益、经济效益,从深圳平湖物流园区的规划开始,全国掀起了建设物流园区
的高潮。然而物流园区的建设是一项长期工程,所需资金巨大、土地甚多,如果不经科学规
划而匆忙上马建设的话会带来很大的损失。因此,在物流园区建设前,依据我国国情和当地
经济社会发展情况,对物流园区建设进行科学合理的规划是一项非常重要也是十分必要的工
作。
本文以济宁市物流园区规划为研究对象,首先分析了国内外物流园区规划建设现状,介
绍了物流园区规划的相关理论基础,并通过对物流中心、配送中心和物流园区之间关系的辨
析,界定物流园区的内涵、分类等基本特征;其次,分析了济宁市经济社会发展尤其是物流
业发展现状,对济宁市物流需求量进行预测;再次,论文着重研究了济宁市物流园区的选址
规划,建立了济宁市物流园区选址评价指标体系,应用层次分析法确定指标的权重,并结合
模糊综合评价法建立单个物流园区选址评价模型及对其分析;最后,论文探讨了济宁市物流
园区的规模规划,在目标年份济宁市物流需求量已知的情况下,确定物流园区总体规模,并
在此基础上采用比例法、类比法等方法研究了济宁市应规划建设的单个物流园区规模。

Abstract
The development of Modern Logistics promotes the Logistics Park. As an important node of the
logistics system, Logistics Park plays a crucial role in socialization, specialization and intensive of the
logistics. With the realization of its economic benefits and social benefits, China leads to the climax of
Logistics Park constructing after the planning of Shenzhen Pinghu Logistics Park. However, the
logistics park constructing is a long-term project which needs enormous funds and huge land. Without
the Scientific Planning, the hasty construction will be costly. Therefore, before the construction of the
logistics park, it is an important and necessary work to do the scientific reasonable planning of
Logistics Park with the consideration of the national conditions and local social development.
In this paper, the planning of Jining Logistics Park is the main study object. Firstly, with the
analysis the situation of the domestic and international logistics park planning, this paper introduces
the related academic basis of Logistics Park and defines the connotation and classification of Logistics
Park through the discrimination of the relationship between the Logistics Center, Distribution Center
