摘要
随着社会的进步和科学技术的发展,网络技术的应用已经渗透到人类社会的各个角落,改变着我们的思维和工作方式,改变着世界经济的运作方式。同样,酒店也开始要改变自身的运作模式,随着酒店采购量的增加,传统的运作模式已经不能适应当今市场的快速发展,所以酒店必须通过管理信息系统来实现酒店采购管理的自动、快捷、无纸化,摆脱传统的运作模式,来提高酒店采购的运作效率。
本文首先概述了酒店采购管理系统的开发背景和研究原因。接着介绍了系统的相关技术和开发工具以及 ASP技术的优点、工作原理、脚本语言。其次,对酒店采购管理系统进行了具体分析,紧接着讲述了系统功能的设计以及功能的实现,最后阐述了系统的特点。
本系统页面链接流畅,操作简便,运行正常。酒店采购管理人员可以方便、快捷的通过酒店采购管理系统对所有物品进行管理、查询和采购,可以降低采购成本,提高酒店采购的工作效率。

Abstract
Along with social advancement and science development, work technical application has seeped through the human social each corner, network affectes everyone's life, changes our thinking and work way, and changes economic operation mode. Similarly, the hotel also needs to adjust its operation mode and its management mode, because with the rising of the stock work, the traditional mode can't be seasoned with the fast development of the market, the hotel must utilize the management information system to increase the automation of the stock work,and improves the operation efficiency of the hotel stock.
Firstly, this paper gives an overview of the management information system, the management status of hotels and the research reason. Secondly, it introduces ASP, the development tool in the system. And then, the paper details the requirement analysis of the hotel stock, and presents the system design and realization process according the system analysis, including some consideration of the system basic construction and functions. Finally, some key techniques are listed, the security of the realized system and some system characteristics is discussed.
The hotel stock management system has friendly interface and fluence links, and it can work well to help staffers do better stock business. The application of the system can increase stock efficiency and reduce the stock cost.
