在饲料中添加天蚕素抗菌肽对AA肉鸡生产性能的影响
摘要:本实验旨在研究在饲料中添加天蚕素抗菌肽对AA肉鸡生产性能的影响,实验采用单因素随机分组的实验设计,选择360 只1日龄大庆本地AA肉鸡,随机分为4个处理,即抗生素组S、试验 T1 组、试验 T2 组、试验T3组,每个处理个6重复,每个重复15只鸡,在饲粮中分别添加不同质量浓度的天蚕素抗菌肽,试验T1组添加量为 100mg/kg ,试验T2组为 200 mg/kg,试验T3组为300mg/kg,抗生素组日粮中添加土霉素200mg/kg。结果表明饲粮中添加抗菌肽能显著提高肉鸡日增重,降低料重比。

The results showed that dietary supplementation of antimicrobial peptides can significantly improve broiler daily gain, lower feed conversion ratio。
