中文摘要
目的: 本课题以滋阴降火, 疏肝理气, 化瘀开窍为切入点, 观
察知柏地黄汤合丹栀逍遥散加味治疗肾虚肝郁型耳鸣的临床疗效
及生存质量改善情况,并对其有效性进行评价,初步探讨其作用机
制,了解知柏地黄汤合丹栀逍遥散加味治疗本病的优势,以期为本
病的中医药治疗研究积累一定素材。
方法:本临床研究通过将收集的临床病例按照随机数字表随机
分为治疗组和对照组并进行治疗:治疗组 30 例,予知柏地黄汤合
丹栀逍遥散加味口服,对照组予耳聋左慈丸口服,两组同时配合中
医“鸣天鼓”按摩保健方法,疗程均为 28 天。治疗过程中观察并
记录两组患者临床症状、并以调查问卷的方式记录生存质量积分及
记录不良反应。对获得的数据,运用 软件对其进行统计学
处理和治疗结果分析。
结果:经统计学处理,两组患者临床疗效及生存质量积分比较,
P< ,差异具有统计学意义,表明知柏地黄汤合丹栀逍遥散加味
治疗肾虚肝郁型耳鸣的近期疗效优于耳聋左慈丸。
结论: 结论认为,肾精不足,肝气郁滞证是感音神经性耳鸣的
一个常见的证型。在中医药治疗方面,知柏地黄汤合丹栀逍遥散加
味具有滋阴降火, 疏肝理气, 化瘀开窍之功效, 对耳鸣有较好的疗
效,能较好控制患者耳鸣症状及改善其生存质量,值得临床重视和
做进一步深入的研究。

ABSTRACT
Objectives: In this topic, we use the measure of nourishing yin to reduce
pathogenic fire、clearing the liver Qi、removing blood stasis and inducing resuscitation
as entry point , in order to observe the changes of quality of life (QOL) and clinical
efficacy of treating tinnitus with the pattern of deficiency of kidney and stagnation of
liver qi by zhibaidihuang decoction and danzhixiaoyaosan, have a knowledge of the
predominance in treating tinnitus with the pattern of deficiency of kidney and
stagnation of liver qi by zhibaidihuang decoction and danzhixiaoyaosan,and
accumulate several datas for treating tinnitus with traditional Chinese medicine.
Methods: In this topic, according to a random number table, the patients
were divided into two groups: the test group of 30 cases were treated with
zhibaidihuang decoction and danzhixiaoyaosan, and the control group were treated
with erlongzuoci pill , at the same time,both groupes were given the therapeutic massage
