摘要
耕地是确保国家粮食安全的基础,江西省又是农业大省,因此本文以江西省第二大商品粮基地——吉泰盆地为例,运用回归分析法、预测理论、最小人均耕地面积和耕地压力指数模型,结合Excel软件,在分析了2001~2010年该区域的耕地、人口、粮食动态变化的基础上,得出了最小人均耕地面积和耕地压力指数的变化特点,并对之后15年的耕地、人口、粮食、最小人均耕地面积和耕地压力指数进行了预测。研究结果显示:吉泰盆地的耕地压力较小,Smin和K值从2003年开始逐渐呈降低趋势,并且一直小于1,说明在未来一段时间内可以满足正常的农业生产和发展的需求,但是只有依靠增加农业基础设施的投入和科技进步从而不断提高耕地生产率,才是保持较小耕地压力、保证粮食安全生产的根本途径。

Abstract
Cultivated land is the basis of ensuring national food security, in jiangxi province as a big agriculture province, therefore, this paper taking jiangxi province's second modity grain base - jitai basin as an example, Using regression analysis method, forecasting theory, the minimum per capita cultivated land area and cultivated land pressure index model, combining with the Excel software, the analysis of the 2001 ~ 2010, the area of cultivated land, population, food, on the basis of dynamic change, the minimum per capita cultivated land area and cultivated land pressure index is obtained of the variation characteristics, and forecasted the after 15 years of cultivated land, population, grain, minimum per capita cultivated land area and cultivated land pressure index .
Results show: jitai basin of arable land, less pressure, Smin and K values since 2003 showed a trend of decrease gradually, and it is less than 1, that in the future a period of time can meet the needs of agricultural production and development of normal, but only by increasing the invest
