学位论文《黄帝内经》针刺深浅学术思想研究Research on academic thought about depth of acupuncture in Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic黄慧指导教师姓名:江学勤申请学位级别:硕士专业名称:针灸推拿学论文提交时间:2011年4月论文答辩时间:2011年5月二0一一年四月成都中医药大学硕士学位论文1中文摘要《黄帝内经》(以下简称《内经》)是我国现存最早的系统论述中医学基础理论的经典,书中有大量篇幅记载着针刺医学的内容。针刺深浅作为临床针刺操作的一项量学指标,受到了当时医家的足够重视,而有关针刺深度选择原则的丰富内容也因被载入《内经》得以保存下来。本文试对这些内容进行分析、归纳和总结研究,以期揭示因人、因时、因位刺宜的原理和要点,并剖析当前相关研究中存在的误区。最后文章提出:针刺的相对深度当依次按照下列原则斟酌选取:病变部位的解剖层次深浅(仅限于五体病的局部用穴)→形体胖瘦→天时之寒温。关键词:《黄帝内经》针刺深浅体型因人刺宜因时刺宜因位刺宜八纲辨证成都中医药大学硕士学位论文2AbstractThe Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic (YEIC for short) which expounding basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM for short) systematically is the first one handed down for generations in existing classics, and records about acupuncture medicine are plentiful in this book. As an index of quantification, depth of acupuncture had been taken seriously by medical practitioners before Han dynasty, beingrecorded into YEIC, principals for deciding acupuncture depth were handed down. In order to clarify the theory of choosing suitable depth for needling according to the body type, the climate, the location of disease, and its key points for manipulating, and analyzethewrong viewpointsin some related articles at present, this article triesto focuson the analysis, inductionand summary of these details. We summarize at last: factors deciding depth of acupuncture should be paid attention to as follows: the location of disease (It’s necessary for diseases of the local body), the body type, the climate.
