摘要
煤矿安全是煤矿生产的重要环节,而瓦斯灾害对煤矿生产的安全危害最大。因此,
在煤炭开采过程中,井下瓦斯浓度的测量非常重要。针对瓦斯浓度监测系统的现状,
本文提出了基于蓝牙的煤矿瓦斯浓度的监测系统的设计方案,阐述了系统的软、硬件
设计的思想和具体实现方法。
蓝牙技术作为一个全球统一的短距离无线通信标准,在于建立通用的低功耗、低
成本无线空中接口及其控制软件的公开标准。本文阐述了蓝牙技术的发展背景、技术
特点和协议栈的结构体系等,针对其开发的复杂性提出了一种基于蓝牙主机控制器接
口(HCI)的简化的无线通信解决方案。同时,系统中利用了现在已经较成熟的 CAN 总
线技术,实现了有线和无线相结合的数据传输系统。
本文给出了完整的系统结构框图和各部分电路原理图,描述如何利用微控制器和
蓝牙模块组建系统,介绍了所用器件的原理。对解决方案的理论基础即蓝牙的 HCI
协议,以及 HCI UART 传输层的指令进行了详细分析。解析使用 HCI 协议进行蓝牙
设备的初始化、查询其他设备、建立链路、数据传输、断开链路这样一个过程,并给
出了收发器蓝牙主单元的软件开发流程图。同时,本文介绍了 CAN 节点的软硬件设
计。
本文中提供了一些调试信息,证明蓝牙技术能够在本系统中方便的替代有线接
口,为煤矿安全甚至测控领域提供了数据传输的新思路。

Abstract
Mine security is a key process in the production of mine. During the process of mine
development, it is very important to measure the gas concentration in mines. According to
the current technique for measure the gas concentration, the research of the system based
on Bluetooth is introduced in this thesis. It elaborates the designing thinking of the
software and the hardware and specific implementation of the system.
As a munication protocol, Bluetooth wireless technology ensures
patibility worldwide. It provides an open-standard of wireless interface
and control software with a low-cost, low-power consumption solution. The background of
development, characteristic of Bluetooth and structure of protocol are detailed in this thesis.
Bluetooth is plicated, an easy solution based on Host Controller Interface (HCI) is
put forward. Meanwhile, the system uses the mature CAN bus to realize the data transfer
system with wire and wireless.
The thesis gives a detailed block diagram and describes the design of every part of
hardware circuit. The thesis introduces how to constitute the system using MCU and
