关节镜治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效评价        [09-08-0408:58:00]    编辑:studa20                          作者:林崇汉鄢宏李美才岑景文 【摘要】 目的:探讨关节镜清理术治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:对44例62个膝骨性关节炎行关节镜清理术。结果:随访2~。治疗效果在不同时间段内进行评定,、%(53/62)、%(48/62)、%(41/62)。结论:关节镜清理术可以有效缓解患者的关节肿痛等症状,延缓软骨退变的进程,但疗效随着时间的延长而降低。【关键词】 膝关节;骨关节炎;关节镜术   〔Abstract〕   Objective    To study the curative effects of arthroscopic debridement of osteoarthritis of theknee.   Methods    Forty-four cases (62 joints) were performed with arthroscopic debridement.   Results    Allthe patients were followed up for 2- years. Clinical es were evaluated during the different period.  The rate of the excellent and good results was % (53/62) at six months, % (48/62) at one year and % (41/62) at two years.   Conclusion    The symptoms of swell and pain on patients' joints were relaxedeffectively and the procedure of the articular cartilage degeneration could be delayed with using arthroscopic debridement, but the curative effects could be down as time went on.   〔Key Words〕   Knee; Osteoarthritis; Arthroscopy   原发性膝骨性关节炎是临床上十分常见的一种关节疾患,多发于中老年人,女性尤为多见。病理改变最早出现在关节软骨,表现为关节软骨发生退行性变,继而引起新骨增生的一种慢性、进行性关节病。随着关节镜技术的迅速发展和普及,使得其在膝骨性关节炎的诊断和治疗方面起着十分重要的作用。我院1998年4月-2001年12月共行60例膝骨性关节炎关节镜清理术,本文作者对获得随访的44例患者总结分析如下。   1   临床资料与方法      一般资料   本组44例共62膝。男8例,女36例。年龄42~79岁,平均58岁。单侧26例,双侧18例。病史3个月~20年。临床表现主要为反复发生的膝关节疼痛、肿胀。28例伴有关节摩擦感,行走困难,尤以上下楼梯时为甚。全部
