学位论文三皮消痤汤加减治疗女性青春期后痤疮临床与机理研究The Study on the Mechanism of San Pi Xiao Cuo Tang in TreatingFemale Post-adolescent Acne 陈红岭指导老师姓名:黄莺主任医师申请学位级别:硕士专业名称:中医外科学论文提交时间:2011年5月论文答辩时间:2011年5月二○一一年五月中文摘要目的:评价三皮消痤汤治疗女性青春期后痤疮的疗效及安全性,并观察其对女性青春期后痤疮患者性激素的调节作用。方法:120例女性青春期后痤疮患者内服自拟三皮消痤汤加减中药方治疗4周,评价其临床疗效及安全性,并观察30例患者治疗前后外周血中睾酮(T) 、雌二醇(E2) 、黄体生成素(LH) 、促卵泡素(FSH) 、孕酮(P)的变化。结果:临床治愈22例(%),显效53例(%),有效31例(%),无效14例(%),%。无中、重度不良反应。30例女性青春期后痤疮患者的LH水平治疗前后有显著变化(P <)。结论:三皮消痤汤治疗女性青春期后痤疮具有明显的临床疗效,未发现明显不良反应,其可能通过调节机体性激素水平达到治疗女性青春期后痤疮的目的。关键词:三皮消痤汤;女性青春期后痤疮;性激素AbstractObjective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and the safety ofSan Pi Xiao Cuo Tangin treatingfemalePost-adolescent Acneand investigate the change of the sexual :120patients of femalePost-ook sanpixiaocuotang.
