摘要
随着整个社会用电量的剧增,传统电表已经难以完成复杂的电量测量管理任务。本次设计的智能电表以美国炬力公司生产的高性能电量芯片ATT7030A为测量芯片,该芯片是一款高精度的三相电能计量芯片,可以完成三相电能参数的精确测量,且具有三相三线和三相四线转换功能。本设计能够较为容易的转化为工业、民用计量产品,满足计量测试需要。
本设计的主要工作包括硬件设计和软件设计两个方面。硬件设计选用AT89S52单片机作为系统处理核心,提高三相智能电度表的多功能化程度;选用X5045作为看门狗电路,完成对CPU运行状态、电源电压等监控;X5045内部具有512字节的FLASH存储器,存储相关参数,做到掉电数据不丢失;通过75LBC184完成485通信功能,传输距离可达到1200米;配置了38KHz的红外发送/接收电路,完成红外抄表功能,传输距离大于4米。软件设计部分主要包括主程序、电量采集子程序、键盘显示子程序、网络通信子程序、红外通信子程序等五部分。
本设计经过实验测试,实现了对电能的精确测量、数据存储、数据显示、485通信、红外通信等功能,达到了设计要求,表明本设计方案是正确的。

ABSTRACT
With the increasing of social power consumption, traditional ammeter has been difficult to plex power measurement management. The design of smart ammeter is based on high-performance power chip— ATT7030A, which is produced by American pany. This chip is a high-precision three-phase electricity measurement chip, which plete three-phase power parameter measurements precisely. Besides, it has a three-phase three-wire and three-phase four-wire conversion function. This design work can easily into industrial and civil measurement products to satisfy the measurement need.
The main work of the design includes hardware design and software design. The hardware design chooses AT89S52 single-puter as system processing core, improving the multifunction degree of the three phase smart ammeter. The ammeter chooses X5045 as watch-dog circuit to achieve monitoring CPU running condition and power supply voltage. There are 256 bytes of FLASH memory in X5045, which can storage related parameters and the data will not lose when power down .petes RS-munication function by 75LBC184 and its transmission distance beyond 1200 meters. The design configurations 38 KHz infrared Transmit/receive circuit, plete infrared reading function with transmission of 4 meters. keyboard and display procedure, munication procedure, munication procedure, ECT.
