摘要:免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(immune thrombocytopenic purpura,ITP)是以外周血血小板
减少,血小板寿命缩短,骨髓巨核细胞代偿性增多而血小板生成障碍的自身免疫性疾病。现
大量研究表明 ITP 的发生与自身免疫机制紊乱有关。本文将从 Treg 细胞、Fas/Fasl、T 细胞
功能、血小板表面抗体所介导的免疫机制紊乱阐释 ITP 发生机制。

Abstract: Immune thrombocytopenic purpura is an autoimmune disease,with the feature of
peripheral thrombocytopenia,shortened the life of platelets,bone marrow megakaryocytes
compensated increase and platelets grow lots of studies have proved that the
incidence of ITP concerned with the disorders of autoimmune article will explain
the mechanism of the incidence of ITP,aspects from Treg cells,Fas/Fsal level,mechanism of T
cells and platelets surface antibody.
