乳腺癌中 NF-κB 蛋白表达及其与 TNF-α 相关性研究# 喻明霞,范维* 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 (武汉大学中南医院检验科&基因检测中心,武汉 430071) 摘要:目的:研究乳腺癌中细胞核因子-κB (nuclear factor-kappa B ,NF-κB)的表达及其 与肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor –α,TNF-α)的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化 学的方法检测 67 例原发乳腺癌组织中 NF-κB 和 TNF-α的表达,检测 NF-κB 在癌旁正常组 织、乳腺增生和乳腺癌中的表达情况,并分析 NF-κB 的表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系 以及 NF-κB 与 TNF-α的相关性。结果:1)NF-κB 在癌旁正常组织、乳腺增生和乳腺癌中表 达的阳性率分别为 20%(3/15)、%(5/15)、79. 1 % ( 53 /67) ; 2) NF-κB 的表达与年龄、 肿瘤大小、组织学类型均无相关性(P>),与淋巴转移的有无及组织学分期有显著相 关性(P<); 3) NF-κB 的表达与 TNF-α呈显著正相关(P<)。结论:乳腺癌中 NF-κB 的表达显著增加且与其淋巴转移的有无及肿瘤组织学分期有显著相关性,与 TNF-α呈显著 正相关,对乳腺癌良恶性判断、诊断、靶向治疗及预后提供重要参考依据。 关键词:乳腺癌;NF-κB;TNF-α 中图分类号: Expressions of nuclear factor kappa B and correlations with tumor necrosis factor –α in breast cancer Yu Mingxia, Fan Wei (Department of Clinical Laboratory & ic Testing Center, Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University, WuHan 430071) Abstract: Objective:To determine the expression of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB)in breast cancer and its correlation with tumor necrosis factor –α(TNF-α).Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of NF-κB and TNF-α in 67cases of primary breast cancer,and analyzed the association of NF-κB with Cli- nical and pathological features of breast cancer and TNF-α; Results:1)The positive expression rate of NF-κB in Paracancerous normal tissue 、 breast hyperplasia and breast
