西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文高铁枢纽综合体外部交通空间组织研究——以西安北客站为例专业:建筑与土木工程硕士生:马海杰指导教师:王桢副教授摘要目前我国正在推行土地集约化发展、提升土地利用效率的一体化的开发政策,与此同时我国我国正处在高铁建设高峰期,为高铁枢纽综合体的建设及周边土地混合使用以及立体化的城市空间开发模式创造了前提条件。交通空间作为城市空间的骨架,深刻地影响着城市空间发展,这种城市开发模式在我国刚刚兴起,需要一种具有可操作性的理论来支撑。本文是一篇有关高铁枢纽综合体外部交通空间组织研究的文章,本文通过提出问题,分析问题,解决问题三个步骤结合调研提出目前高铁枢纽综合体外部交通空间存在的问题进而分析了高铁枢纽外部交通空间的规划背景,找出问题的根源所在。本文在分析了TOD、圈层、人车关系、城市设计、交通空间的规定性等理论后,分别从区域、影响区、核心区三个层次并结合国内外成熟的理论和实例分析得出高铁枢纽综合体与其所在区域空间的关系并结合GTOD的规划理念分析得出绿色低碳的交通空间规划模式,影响区内路网结构形态与各种交通方式与高铁枢纽综合体的衔接空间以及根据当地的历史、文化、经济、自然环境等因素营造出特色化的交通空间。文章最后通过西安北客站综合体外部交通空间组织实例来具体论证提出的理论与策略。本文最终达到的目的是,提出高铁枢纽综合体外部交通空间与城市空间协调发展,绿色低碳的交通空间组织模式、人性化的交通空间以及营造有当地特色的高铁枢纽外部交通空间组织方法。关键词:高铁枢纽综合体;外部交通空间;城市空间;绿色低碳;人性化;特色空间西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文study on high-speed rail plex external traffic anizationXian-North Station as an exampleSpecialty:Urban planning and designName:Ma HaijieInstructor:Associate ZhenAbstractAt present our country is carrying out the land intensive development, enhance the integration efficiency of land use development policy, at the same time,our country is in the high-speed rail construction peak, and created the preconditions for high-speed rail plex building and its surrounding mixed land use and three-dimensional city space development mode.
