第三方物流仓库网络布局研究
摘要
现代意义上的第三方物流在近二十年得到快速的发展并逐步成
为一个独立的产业体系国内研究者对第三方物流运作第三方物流
的评价体系第三方物流在国外的发展及我国第三方物流的市场等方
面进行了广泛而充分的研究这些研究为我国第三方物流企业的发展
提供了有价值的指导意义但是对于第三方物流企业的核心竞争力
之一的仓库网络布局的研究目前还没有
本文将在前人研究的基础上对我国第三方物流公司迫切需要面
对的这一问题做一些探索以期为中国的第三方物流公司找到一个可
行的仓库网络布局的方案本文具体内容如下
l 通过对第三方物流企业的研究提出了第三方物流仓库网络布局
的概念和原则并论证了联盟策略在我国第三方物流仓库网络布
局中的重要性和可行性
l 通过调查分析了现阶段我国第三方物流企业在仓库网络布局选址
决策中所采用的方法及不足
l 分析了设施选址的各种数学模型提出了一个适合于第三方物流
企业仓库网络布局的选址模型给出了求解模型的一种可行算法
然后对这一模型进行了一般化处理提供了利用这一模型解决第
三方物流仓库选址中各种可能问题的转化方法和求解思路
l 分析了安吉物流所面临的机遇和挑战论述了安吉物流仓库网络
布局的可行性然后运用前文的研究成果给出了安吉物流仓库
网络布局的选址模型和求解决策流程并结合算例论证了算法的
可行性

Research on work Layout of
Third Party Logistics
Abstract
Third Party Logistics (TPL) has been made a rapid progress in the last twenty
years and has gradually e an independent industry. In order to help domestic
TPL, many scholars have devoted themselves to the research on TPL such as
operation, evaluation system, TPL experiences in developed countries and TPL
market in China. These researches are valuable to the development of domestic Third
Party Logistics. But up to now, problem about work layout, which is
one of the petences in Third Party Logistics, has seldom been researched.
On the basis of previous research, this thesis will study the work
layout of Third Party Logistics in order to find a feasible solution for domestic Third
Party panies. The main contents of the research are summarized as
follows:
l On the basis of research in Third Party Logistics, concepts and principles of
work layout are put forward. Then, the union strategy is applied
and the necessity and feasibility of the union strategy in Third Party Logistics are
proved.
l Demerits are found by surveying and analyzing methods, which are applied to
work layout by domestic Third Par
