河南省田径运动全运会战略分析研究.pdf

摘 要田径运动是体育运动中的基础运动,在竞技体育中,有着一定的重要性和地位,同其他运动项目相比较,田径运动在大型综合比赛中所设立奖牌数量最多,资金和人力的投入较少,而且相同条件下所取得的回报相对较大,一到两个优秀运动员就可以为代表团获得一枚甚至几枚金牌;田径项目获得奖牌多的国家或者地区,其总成绩也较好,所以研究河南省田径运动全运会战略有着重要的意义。本文采用文献法、调查法、逻辑法对河南省田径运动的最新现状和项目布局进行研究分析,文中分别对田径运动的重要性、河南省田径运动员和教练员的培养现状、田径运动的最新成绩、科研支持和经费的投入及河南省田径运动整体的项目布局等方面进行阐述。在深入研究当前河南省田径发展现状、运动员和教练员培养、现行竞赛制度和管理体制运行的基础上,了解并分析河南省田径运动的最新发展现状和存在的不足之处及河南省田径运动项目布局情况,提出河南省田径运动全运会战略,内容如下: 1、提高对田径运动发展的重视,以田径运动带动全运会比赛的整体实力。 2、搞好项目布局,重点培养优势项目。以优势项目为基础合理协调布局,大力挖掘潜优势项目,以增加河南省田径优势项目群。 3、加强运动员的社会保障,构建科学的梯队结构;建立完善、合理的运动员选材体系。加强教练员队伍建设,提高教练员的业务水平;实现资源整合,提高资源利用率。4、重视河南省田径运动管理中心运动队的管理工作,保证夺金项目的健康发展,把备战全运会比赛的计划和实施过程程序化、规范化。 5、继续加强科技队伍建设和增加经费投入。 6、继续加强河南省田径运动赛制改革的研究,确保竞赛为训练服务。 7、加快田径运动市场化、职业化的改革步伐,实现经费收入的多元化。关键词:河南省,田径运动,全运会,战略IIIABSTRACT Track and field sports are kinds of fundamental sports and play an important role in public sports petition sports.
