I 水性涂料用丙烯酸树脂的制备摘要与传统的溶剂型涂料相比,水性涂料具有价格低、使用安全,节省资源和能源,减少环境污染和公害等优点,因而已成为当前发展涂料工业的主要方向。水性丙烯酸烯树脂涂料是水性涂料中发展最快、品种最多的无污染型涂料。本实验采用溶液聚合法,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯( MMA )、丙烯酸丁酯( BA )和丙烯酸( AA )为单体,以正丁醇为溶剂,过氧化苯甲酰( BPO )为热引发剂,制得了水性丙烯酸树脂。分析了反应温度、时间,单体、引发剂和中和剂用量对水性丙烯酸树脂性能的影响。结果表明合成水性丙烯酸树脂的最佳工艺条件为:丙烯酸 AA 为单体总摩尔质量的 % ,甲基丙烯酸甲酯( MMA ):丙烯酸丁酯( BA )为 1:1 ,引发剂用量为单体总摩尔质量的 % ,反应温度为 100 ℃,反应时间为 3h,中和度为 90% 。关键词:丙烯酸树脂,单体,涂料,溶液聚合,合成 II The Preparation of Water - based Coating with A crylic Resin pared with the traditional solvent coating , coating with low price The use of safe , save resources and energy , reduce environmental pollution and pollution etc , and thus has e the current development of coating industry the main direction of water - borne acrylic PVC resin paint is water - based coating the fastest growing most varieties inno polluting coatings. The results showed that the best process conditions for synthesis of waterborne acrylic resin : Acrylic AA % of the total molar mass of monomer , methyl methacrylate ( MMA ), butyl acrylate ( BA ) as1:1, initiator dosage % of the total molar mass of monomer , reaction temperature of100 , the reaction time is3h, neutralization degree of 90%.
