摘要本工程对济南市阳光青年旅舍进行了建筑结构、基础设计,建筑总面积为 3262. 5 平方米左右。在整个设计过程中,根据建筑设计、抗震方面等的要求,确定合理的结构形式和结构布置方案,确定框架、基础的形式。根据要求采用了钢筋混凝土框架结构。严格遵循相关的专业规范的要求,参考相关资料和有关最新的国家标准规范,对设计的各个环节进行综合全面的科学性考虑。本工程上部为三层的框架结构旅舍,设计中选取一榀主框架以及楼面板进行截面设计及配筋计算。首先根据框架布局确定各构件尺寸,进行恒载、活载及风荷载的统计。然后根据弯矩二次分配法和 D值法进行竖向荷载和风荷载及地震的内力计算。之后进行内力组合分析,找出最不利的内力,进行结构计算进行配筋。并进行柱下独立基础的配筋设计。关键词: 框架结构, 结构设计, 内力计算 ABSTRACT This works Career Technical College in the city of Ji Nan residential building structure, foundation design, and residential building near the slope design., The total construction area of1500 square meters According to the building design, earthquake and other requirements, determine the reasonable structure form and structure layout , determine the basic framework, form.
