摘要 I 摘 要 本文以区域经济的协调发展为研究内容,首先对国内外协调状况较好的典型区域的经济协调特点进行总结、分析,在此基础上提出了区域经济协调发展的分析框架即“市场—政府—空间”相协调分析框架。并对三者之间的关系及对协调发展的作用规律进行了描述。在此基础上将此分析框架应用于京津冀当中,对此区域的协调状况进行了评析, 找出了存在的问题,并针对问题提出了京津冀区域经济协调发展的相关对策。最后,根据前文的分析得出了本文的结论。本文选择了国内外协调状况较好的典型区域,从市场、政府、空间三个方面对这些区域的协调特点进行了总结,得出了相关启示即:区域经济协调发展主要表现为市场结构不断健全,政府的作用得到充分发挥,从而使空间结构不断优化。在此基础上,本文对区域经济协调发展的内含进行了界定,并对协调的相关要素进行了描述,进而提出了“市场—政府—空间”相结合协调分析框架,指出区域经济的协调表现为三者之间的合力。然后本文又对三者与协调发展之间的关系及作用规律进行了描述。得出市场结构主要包括产业发展、市场环境二个方面,它是协调的主要内容,政府作为弥补市场缺陷的协调主体,起到如何来协调的作用,在市场与政府的共同作用下, 要达到区域经济协调发展的最终目标就是实现空间结构的优化,而这一作用过程又是一个循环往复的过程,也就是区域经济的协调发展是一个动态的发展过程,它会逐步向协调程度更高的级别演进。之后,本文将此分析框架应用于京津冀当中,分别从市场、政府以及空间三个角度对京津冀的区域经济协调状况进行了分析,指出了此区域经济发展过程中的不协调方面,并在此基础上针对京津冀如何实现协调发展提出了相关建议。最后,本文得出了区域经济协调发展与京津冀协调发展的相关结论关键词 区域经济协调发展京津冀 Abstract II Abstract The thesis is about the resear ch of regional economic coordina ted development. First, the thesis describes the development about some area of China and other coun try, then, the thesis put the analysis framework of the regional economic coordinated development based on the economic characteristics of representative area of our country and othe r country. The analysis framework is market-government-space coor dinated development. Second, the thesis describes the relation and the rule of action about the three aspects. Third, we apply the analysis framework to the BeiJi ng -TianJing - HeBei, analyse th e coordinate status , find out the problem and put the measure about the coor dinated development of BeiJing TianJing and HeBei Area. Finally, we find out the conclusion of the thesis based on the analysis.
