论科学发展观中的以人为本.pdf

摘要党的十六届三中全会,提出“坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观",并把以人为本作为科学发展观的核心。本文从以人为本的科学内涵着手, 对以人为本在科学发展观中的地位、如何落实科学发展观等问题进行了分析和探讨。第一部分:主要论述了以人为本的科学内涵。笔者力求从以人为本的自身内涵进行剖析,随后对以人为本与我国古代民本思想、西方人本主义、以人民为本关系的辨析中深入把握以人为本的科学内涵。第二部分:通过以人为本揭示发展的本质、发展的动力之源、发展的根目的等进行深刻的探讨,论证了以人为本为什么是科学发展观的核心。第三部分:从转变发展观念、发展社会主义民主政治和以经济建设为中心等三个方面的阐述,把以人为本的科学理念落实和体现在社会发展的实践之中。关键词:以人为本;科学发展:核心 About the“People—Oriented’’in theScientificDevelopment Concept Abstract TheThird Session oftheSixteenth mittee oftheParty puts forward thescientificdevelopment concept,that is toadhere”a people—prehensive, coordinated development concept”.‘'People—oriented”is the nature and the core of the scientific development paper proceed from the scientific ‘connotation of‘'people—oriented”,then discusses theposition of“people—centered’’in oncept ofdevelopment and how toimplement oncept of development isalsoanalyzed.
