乌海市政府信息化建设研究摘要政府信息化建设作为我国当代信息化建设的引领工程,已经受到各级政府越来越多的重视和关注。乌海市作为西部欠发达地区,经济社会发展相对滞后,对其政府信息化建设研究有十分重要的意义。当前乌海市政府信息化建设取得了一些可喜的成绩,但与发达的地区相比,仍有很大差距, 存在的问题不容小视。乌海市应当积极借鉴国内外的先进经验,努力发展其自身的政府信息化建设。、本文分为五个部分。第一部分对选题的背景、研究现状、研究思路和方法进行了阐述;第二部分引入政府信息化建设的相关理论,对政府信息化建设的任务、目标、意义以及发展现状进行了阐述,并总结了政府信息化建设的特点;第三部分围绕乌海市政府信息化发展现状,深入剖析其政府信息化建设的困难;第四部分以美国和上海信息化建设为案例,找寻乌海市政府信息化建设可借鉴的经验;第五部分对乌海市政府信息化建设提出建设性对策,以期加快乌海市政府信息化建设步伐。关键词:乌海市,政府信息化,电子政务 ABSTRACT The GoVemment infomation constmction isthe head of our country, receiVed a11leVelsofthegoVemment more and more Values and theattention.
