摘要摘要 llU Y24031 03 近几十年来,供应链管理、供应商评价与选择问题一直为企业界所关注, 并成为学术界研究的重点问题,由此而充分体现了在社会主义市场经济体制下, 经营者思想理念的转变,认识到仅凭单个企业的力量已不能快速响应完善的市场需求和变化,只有将主体企业、协作企业或供应企业、客户或最终用户三者三者统一并协调起来,使之成为利益休戚相关的伙伴,才有可能在日后的市场竞争中占据有利位置。供应链管理与供应商评价与选择是互相关联的。企业间的竞争已经不是传统的竞争模式,而转变为供应链的竞争甚至是整条价值链的竞争。供应商在企业供应链中的处于结盟企业以及上游企业的地位,作为核心生产企业进行采购行为的具体实施对象,主导着所有企业的采购成本和产品开发。供应商评价选择作为企业供应链构成的重要环节之一,是系统管理供应链的基础,主导着企业供应链的效能和总成本以及企业日后发展的战略决策。本文以JMC公司为例,立足于供应商的评价与选择的本体研究,首先以导论的形式提出本文的选题背景和研究意义、文献研究综述、研究内容和方法等问题, 继而概述采购与供应链管理理论,接着着力于对JMC公司的采购管理现状、基于供应链管理模式的JMC公司的供应商和选择等问题进行了探讨,最后就存在的问题提出JMC公司供应商的评价的优化和完善,供应商选择的优化和完善, 以及持续不断的提升规划,以期对相关研究有所借鉴意。关键词:JMC公司;供应商;评价;选择;供应链模式 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT In recent decades,the supply chain management,supplier evaluation and selection has been the munity concern,and became the focus of academic research,which fully reflectsthe socialist market economic system,the operators thought theconcept ofchange,recognize that alone isthepower of asingle enterprise torespond quickly tomarket demands andchanges,only anic unity ofthemain enterprises,cooperative enterprises or panies,customers or end·users ofthethree coordinate making the interests ofsolidarity partners be possible upy a favorable position inthefuture chain management and supplier evaluation and selection are interrelated.
