太阳能利用技术现状及发展前景
摘要:本文首先分析了国外太阳能利用技术现状,并利用德文特专利数据库,检索分析了1961--2007年世界太阳能专利及其发展趋势,发现日、美、德国家的企业掌握了太阳能利用的核心技术;其次,分析了我国太阳能利用技术现状:我国太阳能热利用取得显著成绩,太阳能发电取得一定进展,但在太阳能光伏产业存在原材料依赖进口、企业缺乏核心技术与装备、国内市场欠发育致使产品出口国外等问题;最后从制定可持续发展战略、完善体制与机制、以及制定政策体系等方面, 提出促进我国太阳能利用技术可持续发展的对策。

Abstract: This paper first analyzes the foreign solar energy utilization technology situation, and USES German special patent database, retrieval analyzes 1961-2007 world solar energy patent and development trend, find Japanese, us, Germany family enterprise mastery of core technology of solar energy utilization, Secondly, analyses the solar energy utilization technology situation: our solar thermal utilization has achieved remarkable results, solar power made some progress, but in solar pv industry existence dependence on imported raw materials, enterprise's lack of core technologies and equipment, domestic market owe developmental cause products are exported abroad; Finally through making the sustainable development strategy, perfecting the system and mechanism, and formulate a policy system and Suggestions promoting China's solar energy utilization technology of sustainable development of countermeasures.
