南京邮电人学l:狂颁十研究生学位沦文摘要银川市电信网建设发展很快,2009年,电信、移动、网通三大运营商重组基本结束, 真正白热化的全业务竞争时代已经来临。形成快速支持3G等全业务的承载能力,推进基于PON的接入光纤化、宽带化,构建全IP承载网架构,实现语音、3G、视频、政企客户专线等各类业务的综合承载,要求我们必须尽早制订好发展战略,明确方向,计划有序地加快、加大接入网的发展建设步伐。本文首先对银川市光纤接入网在新形势下接入光缆网、设备网络的建设模式、目标和网络架构,提出了论题的背景和意义。同时对传统SDH传输技术、MsTP传输技术、PTN分组传送技术、无源光网络等技术进行了对比、研究,结合市场调查分析,在不同应用场景进行了相应的技术选择和组合。重点针对银川市光纤接入网的现状,存在问题进行分析,结合各种传送技术的特点, 对银川本地网接入层光缆网络、传输网络、PON网络进行了规划设计。文章中为了能够清晰讲解各种技术和规划原则在银川本地网中的应用,举了几个比较典型的组网案例进行说明。同时根据银川本地网目|j{『各类接入传输设备运行情况、组网情况进行了详细分析,文中同样以典型案例的形式,重点讲解了银川光缆网络、中继传输网、接入传输网、CDMA传输网、政企客户传输网络的网优化方案以及优化后的效果。文中研究的银川本地网网络规划原则和优化原则具有很强的通用性和实践性,都是逐步应用、实践总结的成果。研究的主要目的实际只有一个,那就是建设出一个覆盖面广、成本低、技术先进的光纤化、宽带化、数字化的光纤接入网,为银川电信全业务发展做好网络层的支撑。关键词:无源光网络;光纤到户;光纤到建筑;光纤到楼;分组传送网。南京邮电入学I:样硕十研究生学f妒沦文 Abstract The year of 2009 witness bination ofthreekeymanagement and service operators n锄ed China ,China Mobileand China munication,which marks not only therapiddevelopment ofYinchuan work but alsothearrivalofthe isinurgent requirement tospeed up theOAN development in stages in aplanned way tomake up capacity like3rd-Generation, iml:Irove thefiber andBAN work based on PON,build work pletely supposed by IPand realize theoverallbearerservices involved invoices, 3rd-Generation,video andspecial-line forkey account.
