基于网络结构的医药产业创新模式研究
——以天津市医药产业为例

摘要

近年来,我国医药产业发展迅速,已成为推动国民经济发展的高新技术产业之一。虽
然我国已经成为世界制药大国,但却并非制药强国。从未来的发展趋势来看,我国要从一
个“制药大国”向“制药强国”转变,创新是促进医药产业快速发展的关键因素。本文基
于网络结构视角,以天津市医药产业为例找到适合其发展的创新模式,从而增强医药产业
创新能力和核心竞争力。
本文首先对医药产业网络结构框架和系统要素进行了界定,分析了医药产业集群在不
同的发展阶段结点间链接关系模式。在前人研究的基础上,改进了传统的 SCP 分析框架并
提出了 RCP 研究模型,即网络关系强度——产业创新行为——产业创新绩效模型。本文针
对天津市医药产业网络结点间关系强度对医药产业创新行为的影响,以及医药产业创新行
为对创新绩效的影响进行了实证研究。通过实证研究发现医药产业结点间关系强度(联系
的频繁程度、密切程度、互惠程度以及诚信程度)对产业创新行为有正面影响,产业创新
行为与创新绩效之间存在正相关关系。在实证研究的基础上,针对天津市医药产业创新的
现状与不足,本文提出了适合天津医药产业发展的创新模式。而后结合这一创新模式,指
出如何进一步优化各结点间的网络关系。

ABSTRACT


In recent years, China’s medical industry has developed rapidly and e one of the
high-tech industries that promote national economic development. China has e a great
power nation of pharmacy in the world, but not a powerful nation of pharmacy. According to the
developing trend in the future, to change China into the powerful nation of pharmacy, innovation
is the key factor to promote medical industry developing fast. This paper based work
structure, takes Tianjin medical industry as an example, finds its suitable innovation mode, and
thereby enhances the medical industry innovation ability and the petitive power.
Firstly, this paper defines medical work structure frame and system elements
and then analyzes the mode of relationships among the medical industry clusters nodes in
different development stages. On the basis of previous studies, this paper improves the
traditional SCP analysis framework and puts forward RCP research model, works
strength, innovation behavior, innovation performance, which this paper conducts an empirical
research on the
