河北工业大学工程硕士学位论文 i 澳柯玛协同商务平台方案设计 摘要 澳柯玛集团通过多年的建设发展,现已在产品设计、办公、财务管理、生产流程自动化、生产管理、营销等主要环节普遍应用的计算机系统,主要产业园区先后建成了局域网,企业在空调工业园建立的呼叫中心,为全面推进企业信息化奠定了基础,但从总体上看,目前的信息化系统基本上处于“信息孤岛”状态,企业信息化仍处于初级阶段。为适应国内外信息化发展的大环境和企业快速发展的需要,澳柯玛集团决定在现有信息网络基础上,建设完善企业信息化基础设施,构筑以呼叫中心、立体化仓库、电子商务为核心的企业信息化电子信息平台,最终实现全员、全过程、全方位的企业信息化管理,为实现全面电子商务奠定坚实基础。本文以澳柯玛协同商务平台建设为研究对象,综合运用协同商务、信息管理等理论和方法,研究了澳柯玛协同商务平台的建设方案。论文首先对澳柯玛的信息化建设现状进行了分析,然后对澳柯玛协同商务平台建设的必要性和需求进行了分析,并完成了澳柯玛协同商务平台总体方案设计、系统的主要功能设计、网络设计、安全设计、物流系统设计和硬件选型,最后对澳柯玛协同商务平台的经济效益和分析进行了研究。本文认为澳柯玛协同商务平台建设将会进一步推动我,提升家电制造业的国际竞争力。 关键词: 协同商务 信息化家电制造业澳柯玛协同商务平台方案设计 ii RESEARCH ON CONSTRUCTION OF MERCE PLATFORM OF AUCMA ABSTRACT Aucma Group through years of construction and development, has been in product design, business, financial management, manufacturing process automation, production management, marketing, and other major aspects of the universal application puter systems, the main industrial park has built a local work, enterprises in the air conditioning industry Park set up call center for prehensive promotion of enterprise information technology laid the foundation, but in general, the current information system is basically in the "information island" state, enterprise information technology still in its infancy.
