I ( 此文档为 word 格式,下载后您可任意编辑修改! ) 摘要本文论述了小区物业管理系统的设计开发过程。分析了国内外小区物业管理信息系统的使用现状和发展前景,指出了现阶段可能存在的问题,阐述了小区物业管理信息化的必要性。从物业需求角度出发,建立了小区物业管理系统的功能模型以及实现方案。进行了需求分析,建立了该系统的概念结构。在此基础上,提出了系统设计原则和设计方法,构建了功能结构图。从需求分析、系统分析、系统设计、系统实施等环节,在工作程序以及方法上进行了科学规范,保证了系统顺利开发,为强化小区物业管理机制、完善管理制度以及提高工作效率提供了有力的支持。随着电脑的普及,传统的小区物业管理已越来越不能满足当代小区物业管理的需要,所以针对现代社会对小区物业管理的基本要求,利用 作为前台开发工具, Access200 3作为后台数据库,设计了本系统。本系统是对当代的小区物业管理进行了模拟,实现了对小区人员的管理、小区基本信息的管理与物业信息的管理。其中小区人员信息管理实现了对小区内的所有住户与所有工作人员的操作。小区基本信息的管理实现了对楼房、停车场与小区设施信息的操作。物业信息的管理实现了住户报修信息、住户投诉信息、收费情况以及物业维修信息的管理。小区物业管理系统是现代住户居住小区的不可缺少的一部分。一个好的小区物业管理系统可以提高小区物业的管理水平,使小区物业的日常管理更加方便。将计算机的强大功能与现代的管理思想紧密结合,建立现代的智能小区是物业管理发展的方向。关键词:管理系统; VB ; Access 数据库 II Abstract This text discussed the development process of the residential property management system. Analyzing the local residential property manages the development and the usage present conditions of the information system, pointing out the problem that present stage exist, elaborating that the residential property manages the information-based necessity. Set out from the business need, build up the residential property to manage the function model of the system and carry out the project. Carry on the need analysis; build up the concept structure of that system. On this foundation, put forward the system design principle and design the method, build up the function structure diagram.
