南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 I 摘要本文运用非线性有限元方法,研究了带过渡波金属软管的静力学和动力学特性。以通用有限元分析软件 ANSYS 为平台,利用其二次开发语言 APDL ,基于参数化设计思想,开发了带过渡波金属软管力学特性有限元分析专用软件。首先,提出了过渡波的有限元建模方法,使得金属软管的有限元模型更合理、准确。采用三维 8 节点壳单元 shell93 表述波纹管,采用三维 3 节点空间梁单元 beam189 表述网套,运用非线性耦合和约束方程理论表述波纹管与网套之间的关系,考虑带过渡波金属软管的材料非线性和几何非线性等非线性特征,建立了参数化的带过渡波金属软管有限元模型。在此基础上,从静力学角度,研究了带过渡波金属软管在承受轴向拉伸、轴向压缩、横向弯曲和横向错动等各种外载荷作用下,带过渡波金属软管的变形和应力分布情况。讨论了过渡波的几何参数、波纹管与网套之间的间隙对金属软管力学性能的影响,以及网套在受力过程中的变形量问题。并将有限元分析结果与试验结果进行比较,吻合较好。最后,从动力学角度,研究了带过渡波金属软管在简谐激励和瞬态激励下的振动响应,分析了带过渡波金属软管的振频和振型。根据简谐激励下金属软管的有限元分析最大应力值和试验值相结合,可以粗略估算出金属软管的使用寿命。有限元分析结果与试验结果相结合,验证了该软件的可靠性,为设计和研究金属软管提供了有效的工具。该程序采用了参数化设计思想,使得工程设计人员操作应用起来简单方便。关键词:过渡波,金属软管,波纹管,网套,非线性,有限元法带过渡波金属软管力学性能的非线性有限元研究 II ABSTRACT In this paper ,the static and dynamic character istics of the metal hose with transitional-wave have been studied, wh ich based on the nonlinear finite element theory. The parametric Finite Element An alysis software about metal hose with transitional-wave’s characteristics ha s been developed with APDL on the ANSYS platform. First of all, the finite element mo del of the metal hose es more reasonable and more accurate through transitional-wave. The bellow is described by the three-dimension 8-node element shell93, the is described by the three-dimension 3- node element beam189. The relationship between the bellow and is described by the theory of coupling and constraint equation. Consider ing the nonlinear characteri stics such as material non-linearity, geometry non-linear ity and large deflection, the parametric static and dynamic finite element models of the metal hose with transitional-wave have been set up. And then, in the static research, the deformation and the stress distribution of the metal hose have been studied unde r the condition of the various kinds of load such as axial pulling, p ressing or transverse bending.
