华东师范大学硕士学位论文基于生态足迹的崇明岛人口承载力研究姓名:徐丹申请学位级别:硕士专业:人文地理学指导教师:高向东 20070501 摘要人口是实现可持续发展的首要因素,而研究人口承载力问题正是为了解决崇明生态岛建设过程中的人口问题。本文创造性地将生态足迹模型运用到人口承载力研究中,计算了崇明岛1996"~2004年间五个年份的人口承载力,结果显示: 虽然崇明岛上的人口总量一直在减少,但人口承载力下降趋势更为明显,人口压力有所增大;崇明岛生态承载力总量下降和人均生态足迹的上升,是造成人口承载力降低的直接原因,且未来这种趋势还将继续。根据人口承载力的研究结果, 结合崇明岛现有的人口状况,就制定崇明生态岛建设中的人口发展战略提出了政策建议:加强人口管理,改善人口结构; 推进农村“三集中”,加快城镇建设步伐;调整、优化产业结构,加大农业产业化建设力度;在发展经济的同时,贯彻环境保护优先的战略:推广资源节约、环境友好型的生活方式。关键词:人口承载力;生态足迹;崇明岛 ABSTRACT Population isthemost important factor inachieving thegoal ofsustainable development,and itis tosettletheissue ofpopulation thatwe carry thestudy On population carrying thisstudy,the Ecological Footprint was applied inthe population carrying capacity research ofChongming Island forthe population carrying capacity w龉calcalaled pared according tothelime-慨nd datafrom 1996 results showed that:(1)Although thepopulation gross of Chongming Bland w∞continuously declining,thepopulation carrying capacity had declinedmore,and SO thatmore pressure was loaded on thepopulation;(2)The volume ofBiological Capacity ofChongming Island was decreasing while the ecological footprint per persoll increasing,which directly resultedthedecline of population carrying capacity,and the to theresultsabove, considering theacRlalpopulation ofChongming Island,we gave SOmepolicy advice aboutpopulation development strategy fortheconstructionofChongming Ecological effectiven址a翻】坞sinclude:O)to improve the management of population and make the structure battef;,(2)to accelerate the“three-centralization”in villages andtownconstruction;(3)to modifyandoptimize theindustry strBcture and promote theagriculture·industrialization;(4)to follow theenvironmentalism while economy advanced:(5)to advocate the life styleof rcsource-saved and environment-protected.
