学习满意是一种在充分尊重人的需要,相信人的潜力,重视人的主体地位并反映
当前时代特征的前提下,人在学习过程中产生的心理需求的满足。而在现实情况下,
大学生学习满意度低下已成为大学教育中突出显现并亟待解决的问题。因此,高校如
何提高大学生的学习满意度成为一个重要而紧迫的任务。
目前心理学界对于学习满意度的实证研究并不丰富,鲜见标准化测量工具。本研
究在全面分析文献资料的基础上采用访谈及开放式问卷收集项目,编制大学生学习满
意度问卷,以共计 1166 名大学生为研究对象,对大学生学习满意度的结构进行探索
和验证。在此基础上,进一步考查了大学生学习满意度的性别和年级特点。研究结果
如下:

2 性别和年级在大学生学习满意度总分及各维度上均存在交互作用,分别分析大
学生学习满意度的性别和年级特点如下:
(1)四个年级的男生在问卷总分及各维度上无显著差异;
(2)在总的学习满意度和问卷各维度上,大三女生的学习满意度最高,大四女
生的学习满意度最低,四个年级女大学生学习满意度的总趋势从高到低为:大三>大
一>大二>大四。其中,在教育支持满意度上,大一女生显著高于大四女生。
(3)女生的学习满意度总体上好于男生。大一、大二女大学生的教育支持满意
度显著高于大一、大二男生;大三女生的总体学习满意度及各个维度均好于大三男生;
大四男女生之间无学习满意度的差异。

Study on the Characteristics of College Students’
Learning Satisfaction
Abstract
Learning satisfaction is a kind of satisfaction in psychological demand during the
process of one’s learning, under the premise of fully respecting human needs, believing
in human potential, emphasizing human subjectivity and reflecting the features of the age.
But in the real situation, low learning satisfaction of the college students has e a
prominent problem to be solved urgently. Therefore, how to improve students' learning
satisfaction is a significant task in universities.
At present, the empirical study on learning satisfaction in the field of psychology is
not rich, and the standardized measuring tool is infrequent. In this study, interviews and
open-ended questionnaire are adopted pile the questionnaire on the college
students' learning satisfaction, with a total of 1,166 undergraduates as the study objects,
in order to explore and prove the ponent of college students' learning
