遵义医学院硕士学位论文羊足帝水煎液对烫伤大鼠治疗作用的实验研究中文摘要目的:研究羊蹄水煎液对烫伤大鼠的治疗作用,为开发新型高效、低毒治疗烫伤药物提供实验依据。方法:大鼠50只,雌雄各半,随机分五组,即生理盐水对照组、磺胺嘧啶银乳膏阳性对照组、羊蹄水煎液大剂量组(19/m1)、羊蹄水煎液中剂量组()、羊蹄水煎液小剂量组()。大鼠背部制成深II度烫伤模型,无菌术操作,暴露疗法, 五组均用棉签蘸药液直接涂于烫伤创面,每日2次。观察用药后创面的愈合情况,通过创面的愈合率和愈合时间长短来评价药物的疗效。结果:1、烫伤创面外观变化:五组通过连续换药观察,无论在创面渗出量多少, 创面感染脓汁由多减少的时间和速度上,大剂量羊蹄水煎液组和磺胺嘧啶银乳膏组都明显优于生理盐水对照组。 2、烫伤创面愈合率比较:大剂量羊蹄水煎液组和磺胺嘧啶银组在创面愈合率与生理盐水组相比存在统计学差异(P()。中等剂量羊蹄水煎液组21天时与生理盐水组创面愈合率相比存在统计学差异(P()。小剂量羊蹄水煎液组对创面愈合也有促进作用,但与生理盐水组相比无显著差异()。结论:1、羊蹄水煎液大、中剂量能够加速烫伤创面的愈合。 2、羊蹄水煎液大、中剂量可以明显改善烫伤创面感染的发生。关键词:羊蹄水煎液:烫伤大鼠模型;治疗作用 An experimental study on therapeutic action ofRumexjaponicus Hutt water decoction on scald inrats Abstract Objective:Study on theRumex japonicus Houtt water decoction on scald inrats,in order to develop new hi曲efficiency,low toxicity and provide experimental basis for treating scald.
