摘要
知识经济和信息时代的来临,使制造业企业面临着严峻的挑战。以机械制造为主的XXX公司也面临着信息时代到来的这个考验,如何在日趋激烈的市场竞争中胜出,能否高效地利用企业各方面的资源(包括企业外部的资源),为企业提供高质量、低成本的管理,是XXX公司实施企业资源计划(ERP)的原因。
本文以XXX公司为研究对象,重点论述了XXX公司在实施ERP过程中所遇到的问题以及公司解决相关问题的对策。
首先,本文概述了ERP的定义、ERP的核心管理思想、ERP的管理模式特点以及ERP的系统简介,还有简要介绍了企业实施ERP的意义。
其次,本文分析了XXX公司ERP实施情况,包括XXX公司的公司简介及公司内部ERP实施情况。
再次,文中阐述了XXX公司在实施ERP过程中所遇到的问题,如管理者思想认识上存在的问题、公司员工对ERP系统缺乏认识、人力资源结构方面的问题、公司基础管理不强、数据管理方面的问题、实施方方面的问题并对上述六个问题进行了分析。
最后从公司遇到的问题出发,重点论述了XXX公司解决实施ERP所遇到问题的对策。管理者通过公司ERP筹备小组的分析正确认识公司ERP的实施情况、对员工进行教育转变员工的陈旧观念、培养复合型人才、建立良好的管理基础、完善基础数据信息、选择合适的系统和实施伙伴。通过以上的对策使XXX公司成功实施ERP。

Abstract
Knowledge economy and the advent of the information age, which enables manufacturing enterprises, are facing serious challenges. The pany which mainly in machinery is also facing the arrival of the information ages this test. How in the increasingly fierce petition wins, can efficient use of the enterprise resources (including the external resources), providing enterprises with high-quality and low-cost management. It is the reason which the pany implements the ERP.
This paper studies the pany. It focuses on the implementation of ERP in the process of the problems encountered and the pany to resolve the relevant issues.
At first, this paper outlines the definition of the ERP, ERP core management thinking, ERP management features and ERP system introduction. What’s more, this paper also introduces brief the significance which the enterprises implemented the ERP.
The second, this paper analyzes the ERP implementation of the pany, including pany's brief and pany's internal ERP implementation.
At last, this paper discusses the pany in the process of ERP implementation problems encountered, such as managers thinking on the issue, company employees to a lack of understanding of ERP systems, the structure of human resource, pany management of infrastructure is not strong, data manageme
