无线多媒体传感器网络中图像编码综述张娇南京邮电大学通信与信息工程学院;江苏南京; 210003 摘要: 在资源受限的无线多媒体传感器网络中存在大量的图像数据需要处理和传输。而无线多媒体网络又有许多限制,比如感应节点有限的计算能力、存储容量以及低功耗,网络传输的有限带宽等等。为了充分利用资源,需要设计一个能够综合考虑能量消耗、压缩率和图像质量之间的平衡的图像编码方案。对无线多媒体传感器网络中图像编码技术面临的挑战和设计目标进行了讨论。分别从个体信源编码和分布式信源编码两个方面讨论了几种针对编码的研究点。关键词:无线多媒体传感器网络;图像编码; JPEG ; DMCP ; MVC ; DVC ; A Summarization of Image Coding in WMSNs ZHANG Jiao Institute ofC ommunication and I nformation E ngineering Nanjing University of Posts and munications;Nanjing Jiangsu; 210003 Abstract: There are a large number of video data needed tobe processed and transmitted in resource-constrained wireless multimedia works(WMSN).However,there exists various of limitations,such as the putation ability,constrained memory capacity,low power consumption and limited bandwidth and so possible way to achieve the maximum utilization of those resources is to apply an adaptive video coding scheme ,which must consider the trade-off among evergy pression trtio and image major research chanllenges and the objectives of video coding for WMSN are investigation points are discussed in terms of two viedo coding,including single source coding and distributed source coding.
