摘要
粮食的储存需要合适的温度和湿度,若管理不当,粮食受潮发霉或生虫,将会造成大量的粮食浪费。用微机技术对粮仓进行检控,可以方便地构造自己所需要的数据采集系统,在任何时候都可以把粮仓现场的信息实时地传到控制室,管理人员不进入现场就可以按照所需的温度和湿度要求对粮仓内的温湿度情况进行控制,提高了生产效率,增强了粮仓内存储的安全,获得了粮仓的实时管理,实现了自动化、智能化。
本课题是基于单总线结构的DS18B20温度传感器、HS1101湿度传感器、AT89C51单片机和上位机实现多点温湿度的测量及控制。是自动化领域内的一个实例。温度传感器采用单总线连接,通过对被测各点的温湿度范围及测量间隔的设置,实现对被测点的连续测量并进行控制。

ABSTRACT
The reservation of food needs appropriate temperature and humidity. It will lead to great waste in food if they are not properly managed, which will lead to damp moldy or vermin. Adopting puter technology to monitor the granary will facilitate the construction of data collection system. Te system will enable the supervisors control the humidity and temperature without entering the site by transferring the information of the granary to the control room. This will improve the production efficiency and safety of the reservation, as well as to enable the real-time management, which realizes the automation.
This article realizes the temperature and humidity measurement and control based on the single-bus architecture of DS18B20 temperature sensor, HS1101 humidity sensor、AT89C51 SCM and PC, which is an example in the area of automation. Single-bus connection is used in the temperature sensor and continuous measurement and control over the point is realized by setting the range of temperature and measurement interval between different points.
