关于房地产行业的发展与国内生产总值分析研究 2 摘要当今房地产在国民经济中始终占有举足轻重的地位它不仅影响人民的生活还带动了其他产业的发展。我国的房地产行业在改革开放后飞速发展但在这个过程中也也暴露出一些问题需要发现解决。房地产在整个国民经济中所占的份额,不仅能够反映一个国家(或地区)的资本运作,而且能够反映这个国家的经济发展状况。本论文将运用预测法,采用最小二乘法和相关系数检验,对进行分析,从而更加深刻的理解房地产和那个也与GDP 关系和影响以及其对的重大贡献。文章通过 2014 年房地产行业的投资和销售情况和国内生产总值的线性回归分析和预测分析了房地产行业的现状显示出房地产行业对国民经济的重要性同时在高速发展中暴露出的一些问题。我国应该科学地有条理地发展房地产行业。关键字:房地产行业;发展速度;增长量;国内生产总值 3 abstract The real estate plays an important role in the national economy. It not only affects people's life but also drives the development of other industries. China's real estate industry in the reform and opening up, but in the process also exposed some problems need to be found to solve. The share of real estate in the entire national economy, not only reflects the capital operation ofa country (or region), but also reflects the economic development of the country. In this paper, we use the method of forecasting, the least square method and the correlation coefficient test, to carry on the analysis, and thus the more profound understanding of the real estate and the relationship with the GDP and its influence and its important contribution. 4 Through the analysis and forecast of the real estate industry's investment and sales in 2014, the paper shows the importance of the real estate industry to the national economy and some of the problems exposed in the high-speed development. Our country should be scientific and orderly development of the real estate industry.
