江苏科技大学本科毕业设计( 论文) 学院生物与环境工程学院专业环境工程学生姓名韦媛媛班级学号 0743003206 指导教师陈海丰二零一一年六月江苏科技大学本科毕业论文某工业园区污水处理厂的设计 An industrial park wastewater treatment plant design 江苏科技大学本科毕业设计(论文) I 摘要随着工业化步伐的不断加快,废水污染物的产生量也明显的增加。为使环境污染和生态破坏加剧趋势得到基本控制,就要对工业废水污染进行综合防治。为了便于工业废水的综合治理,工业已逐步从分散型向集中型发展,目前较为普遍的做法是开发工业园把工业企业向工业园迁移,并在园区建立公共污水处理厂, 区内的废水经过预处理后集中处理,以解决工业污水的难处理及日益严重的水污染与水资源缺乏的问题。工业园区的产业众多,覆盖范围广,不同行业产生废水的所含污染物质和污染程度各有所不同。因而在进行工业园区污水处理设计前,笔者对该工业园区目前的企业规模、企业性质,园区场地面积、规划要求、污水特征以及水处理工艺等因素进行综合分析,决定采用 SBR 序列间歇式活性污泥法。该工艺将传统的曝气池、沉淀池由空间上的分布改为时间上的分布,形成一体化的集约构筑物,并利于实现紧凑的模块布置,最大的优点是节省占地。另外,可以减少污泥回流量,有节能效果。典型的 SBR 工艺沉淀时停止进水,静止沉淀可以获得较高的沉淀效率和较好的水质。因此,本次设计选择 SBR 工艺作为该工业园区污水处理厂工艺的方案。关键词: 工业园区;污水处理; SBR 工艺;活性污泥江苏科技大学本科毕业设计(论文) II Abstract With the acceleration of industrialization, the output of wastewater is increas ing obviously. To get basic control of the aggravating environmental pollution and ecological destruction, we need to prehensive measures to prevent and treat the industrial wastewater pollution. In order to facilitate prehensive management of industrial wastewater, manufacture is gradually transforming from decentralization to centralization .Now, the very popular practice is developing industrial parks, then migrate the industrial enterprises to it .We built public sewage treatment plants in the park, and dispose industrial wastewater from different enterprises centrally after pretreatment to solve the intractable treatment of industrial wastewater and increasingly serious water pollution and water shortage problem. There are different kinds of industries in the park, and the wastewater from different industries contains various pollutants and the pollution levels are different. So, before the design of sewage treatment in industrial park, the designer takes the firm size, pany property , the area of the park, the planning requirements, sewage characteristics and water treatment technology into consideration, decided to adopt Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process.
