我国废旧汽车逆向物流体系及评价研究
摘要: 汽车产业是我国的朝阳产业,当前我国汽车保有量近亿辆,废旧汽车也以百万辆计算。如何有效地对这些废旧汽车实施逆向物流,减少废弃物对环境的污染,使有限的资源得到循环利用,是实现循环经济和低碳经济的必然要求。本文试图通过研究,根据企业的自身规模进行合理的市场定位,选择一种最佳的逆向物流体系,实现最大的综合效益。
本文首先分析了我国废旧汽车逆向物流体系,并介绍了自主经营、联合经营以及外包三种主要形式。然后以H公司为研究对象,选取经济、社会、管理和技术几个具有代表性的影响因素,根据专家咨询及问卷调查的结果建立指标体系,运用层次分析法对该体系进行评价分析,进而选择最合适的一种方式,结果表明,对H而言自己经营是最佳的方式。最后,对废旧汽车逆向物流的完善和健康发展提出对策建议。
本文在研究过程中,充分的利用了层次分析法的条理性、层次性、兼容性及灵活性,使研究不但具有科学性,而且具有良好的普适性,为其他相关企业进行决策时提供借鉴。

Abstract: Automotive industry is a promising industry in China. Currently, the total number of motor vehicles had reached about one hundred million and there are also millions of old cars in our country. Reversing logistics to these old cars effectively, lessening the pollution of these waste products on environment and recycling the limited resources are necessary to realize recycling economy and the low-carbon economy. This paper aims to make a reasonable market orientation based on individual enterprise’s model so that they can make a best choice of reverse logistics to maximum the overall efficiency.
This paper analyzes the system of the reverse logistics of Chinese automotive industry, and introduces three types of enterprises, including enterprise independent operation, joint operation of enterprise and pany. Then this paper will regard pany as subject and choose some typically influential factors, including economy, society, management and technology. Expert discussion and questionnaire investigation are the major methods used in this research project to establish the index system. The analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate to the index system to choose a best way. As a result, the independent operation is best for pany. Eventually, advises are provided to develop the reverse logistics of Chinese automotive industry.
