INSTRUCTION
1、产品简介General
PS型轻便气动卡瓦由气动提放装置和卡瓦两大部分组成(见附图,已拆除拉伸弹簧及连接板等),主要适用于油田钻修井作业中起下钻作业,可卡持钻杆、钻铤、套管等管柱。
The Type PS Portable Pneumatic Slip posed of a pneumatic hoisting system and a slip (see the attached drawings). It is mainly utilized to grip drill pipe, drill collar and casing in oil drilling and repairing.
该气动卡瓦适用于四销驱动的转盘补心,使用时通过两只锁紧销与转盘补心相连接。锁紧销连接有两种方式可供用户选择(见图1):若补心上驱动套无方孔(1814),可选择斜楔式锁紧销总成;若补心上驱动套有方孔(3699),则可选择偏心轴式或者斜楔式锁紧销总成。
The Type PS Portable Pneumatic Slip is used for the pin drived master bushing. It is connected with master bushing via two lock pins. It has two way of connecting (see figure 1): If the drive cover of bushing has no square orifices (1814), the oblique lock pin assembly is appropriate; if the drive cover of bushing has square orifices (3699), then both the eccentric lock pin assembly and the oblique lock pin assembly could be used.

2、操作说明Usage Direction
操作前,先将气动卡瓦与转盘补心连接并锁紧连接销,将气缸两端及脚踏阀上部两接头分别用钢丝软管连接好,再通过脚踏阀下部接头连接到气源,~。
Before operation, connect the pneumatic slip with master bushing and tighten the link pin; then connect the joints in the two end of cylinder and the top of kick valve via steel wire tube; finally, connect it to the air source via the joint in the bottom of kick valve.
