蔡甸莲藕产业化发展与对策的研究.pdf

⑨硕士学位论文 MASTER‘S THESIS 摘要农业产业化是实现农业现代化的必经之路,也是农业发展的必然趋势,既符合我国当前的国情,又符合市场经济的规律。目前,我国的农业产业化发展已经初具规模,形成了产加销一体化运营的经营模式,在促进农民增收、转移农村富余劳动力、优化农村经济结构、推进农业市场化等方面起到了很大的推动作用,使我们看到了社会主义新农村建设的胜利曙光。然而,我国目前正处于社会主义市场经济初级阶段,农业市场脆弱、农业社会化服务体系不健全,出现了市场信息不畅、农产品价格低、农业增产农民不增收等一系列问题,极大制约了我国农业产业化的进一步发展。蔡甸区是武汉市西郊的一个远城区,风景优美,湖泊众多,自然禀赋好,水生蔬菜种植业比较发达。蔡甸莲藕是蔡甸水生蔬菜的主打品种,味道鲜美、营养丰富, 在周边省市享有很高的知名度,是蔡甸农业产业的拳头农产品。本文通过对蔡甸莲藕产业发展的深入解析,指出了制约蔡甸莲藕产业化发展的因素是:莲藕科技研发投入不足、各方利益联结机制不完全、龙头企业带动作用未充分发挥、品牌建设力度不够、缺少相应的莲藕种植保险理赔制度、藕农科技文化素质不高、农业社会化服务体系不完善。并提出了推进蔡甸莲藕产业花发展的具体措施是:加大科技投入、增强龙头企业核心竞争力、优化莲藕产业组织模式、发展绿色有机莲藕产业、发展观光旅游农业、完善农业市场体系、强化农业社会化服务、优化蔡甸莲藕产业结构。关键词:农业产业化;蔡甸莲藕;龙头企业:农业社会化服务;对策 Abstract Agricultural industria“zation is the only way t0∞hieVe the modemization of agriculture,is also theinevitable钾end ofdevelopment inagriculture,both inlinewith China。snationalconditions卸d consistentwith廿lelawsofmarket economy.
