注甲醇解除气藏近井带液锁的机理研究

摘要:通过研究醇-水体系的特征参数和烃-醇体系的相态变化特征,揭示注甲醇解除水锁污染和烃锁
污染的机理。研究表明,醇-水体系的饱和蒸汽压随注入甲醇量的增加、随温度的增加而升高;向地层
水中注入甲醇,体系的粘度先增加后减小,存在一个粘度峰值,随温度升高峰值降低;地层水温度较低
或矿化度较高时,不宜注甲醇解除地层水污染。将活度系数计算模型引入到烃-醇体系气-液相平衡计
算模型中,模拟烃-醇体系的相行为,揭示注甲醇吞吐解除反凝析污染的机理,结果表明,甲醇降低了
凝析气体系的露点,减缓了反凝析进程,降低了等组分膨胀过程中凝析液饱和度和凝析液粘度,也降低
了定容衰竭过程中的反凝析液量,甲醇对凝析油产生有效的再蒸发作用。

Abstract: The researches on characteristic parameters of methanol-water mixtures and the phase
behavior of hydrocarbon-methanol mixtures are separately carried out to indicate the mechanism
of injecting methanol to eliminate the near well damages caused by water and retrograde
condensate. The saturated vapour pressure increases with the increase of temperature and
methanol content. The viscosity of methanol-water mixtures firstly increases and then decreases
when methanol is injecting to water. There is a viscosity peak value which reduces with the
