论高校德育中的隐性德育课程与教学论专业研究生李延青指导教师王曦摘要:显性德育一直是我国高校德育的一种重要方式,它曾在高校德育实践中发挥过重要的作用,但是随着国内国外社会情况一系列复杂而深刻的变化,高校德育所面临的客观环境以及对象都发生了变化,其局限性也越来越明显,其实效性也面临着巨大的挑战,单纯地依靠显性德育已经不能有效地完成德育的任务,因此,我们有必要探讨显性德育之外的其它德育方式,而隐性德育作为德育的一种重要方式,它运用多种喜闻乐见的手段,诸如娱乐、游戏、各种文化活动等,把德育贯穿于其中,使人们在潜移默化中接受道德教育。它能引导学生在德育环境中,直接体验和潜移默化地获取有益于个体身心健康和个性全面发展的教育性经验。从而可以有效地弥补显性德育存在的不足,本文综合利用思想政治教育学、德育学、心理学、教育学等学科,系统地论述了高校隐性德育这一课题。文章共分为四部分,第一部分在对隐性德育概念做出明确界定的基础上, 指出了隐性德育的潜隐性、自然性、渐进性特征,进而探讨了它的课延性认知教育功能;知识的内化与领域拓展、养成教育功能;品德养成与行为规范、素质整合功能;个性的完善与全面发展。第二部分分别从哲学和心理学的角度探讨了隐性德育的理论依据,以及它在运行过程中的作用机制,即从无意识到有意识、从外部因素到内部因素、从感受到体认。第三部分阐述了在高校实施隐性德育的重要性与必要性:高校实施隐性德育是遵循大学生思想品德形成发展规律开展德育的要求;高校实施隐性德育是开展高校主体性德育的需要;高校实施隐性德育有利于弥补显性德育的不足。第四部分论述了发挥高校隐性德育功能的对策思考:以专业教育为依托, 加强专业课程教学中隐性德育的渗透功能:以积极的校园精神形态为依托,加强其隐性德育的渗透功能;以构建优美的校园物质环境为依托,加强其隐性德育的渗透功能;以完善的校园制度形态为依托,加强其隐性德育的渗透功能。关键词:高校隐性德育显性德育 On thehidden education incollege moral education Major-Curricular And Teaching theory Graduate:Li Yanqing Supervisor:Wang Xi Abstract:The explicate moral education has been all important way of college moral education in our country,it once hasplayed allimportant rolein thecollege moral eduction practice,but along with plex anddeep t舳sfo硼ation of social situation in domestic and overseas ,the objective environment aswell astheobject which thecollege moral education faces have changed,its limitationisalsogetting moreand more obvious and itseffectiveness isalsofacing thehuge challenge,it isdifficult plete theduty of moral education onlydepending upon theexplicate moral education,therefore。it is essential for US to discuss other moral education way except explicate moral e( hidden moral hidden moral education,as one kindofimportant way of moral education,it makes people accept moral education by mon can guide the students togain theeducation experience which isbeneficial to thehealthofindividual body and mind andindividuality all‘round development inmoral eduction environment,SO itCanmake up thedeficiency thattheexplicate moral education exis
